Thursday September 22, 2011 Diet+Exercise Log

Okay I know I did not post for quite some time, but don’t judge me.Lets move forward to the future.I worked out yesterday, but it was mainly all cardio. So I will start with what I did.

===Work Out from yesterday===
Okay so I ran 1 mile in about 8.45 minutes.
Later I biked for about 25 minutes
Well that was all of my workout. I know pretty weak, but I wasn’t feeling the best.

Today is Thursday my typical rest day.
===Here is what I ate today===

Meal 1(About 7:50AM):
1 sausage patty
1 egg+biscuit combo
1 glass of milk
About 1.5 scrambled eggs
Some peaches and I believe orange slices.

Meal 2(About 1:30PM):
1 nice little serving of Tatter Tots
1 Italian Beef Sandwich
1 glass of diet sierra mist mixed with gatorade
1 nice serving of corn
1 nice serving of this pumpkin thing made in the cafe
3/4 glass of rapsberry iced tea

Today seemed like a pretty bad day so far after I noticed what I wrote and what I have done.

I plain to finish the day strong with some more healthier things and be ready for the Gym tomorrow.

I haven’t given up

Okay, I haven’t really been posting to this blog lately, because I just got used to working out and dieting(and pushing myself more). The original purpose of this blog was to help motivate me. But I have alot of motivation. I got some buddies who I always see at the gym, along with a body that gets better each week as motivation.

Week 5 baby!

Hey guys its week 5 and I am glad I made it this far so far. I am happy and sad to see that the Gym is clearing out more. This means lots of New Years Resolutions have just failed.

My weight is playing around from 188-192 lbs. I have adjusted my diet with stuff like healthy 97% fat free turkey chilli, Peanut Butter and Bannanna Sandwiches, Tuna Sandwiches, and Chicken Breasts.

Getting more protein with less calories, I can see more and more changes in the mirror. Gaining muscle and losing weight it looks like.

I haven’t been writing in my notebook at the Gym, but I am pleased to announce I did another 5k on Monday. It took about 28 minutes. I want to get that down to 25 minutes by week 7. I am going to do another 5k today. I did Monday’s 5k with a 2min run and then walked for like 2 blocks, and then ran the last mile, nearly having a heart attack(lol, boy was it worth it!)
