Friday JANUARY 28, 2011 Diet+Exercise Log

Okay I know I did not post Thursday. That day, I didn’t workout anyway. Also I ate pretty nicely. So lets update to Friday.

Here is what I ate:

Meal 1(About 7:30AM):
1/2 cup of oatmeal+1 cup of milk
1 cup of milk(in glass)
3 full eggs

Meal 2(About 11AM):
1 Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich

Meal 3(About 12PM):
1 apple

Meal 4(About 5PM):
1 chicken sandwich with cheese

Meal 5(About 5:30PM):
1 Bean Burrito

Meal 6(About 11:00PM):
3 Fried Catfish pieces(I know, but I couldn’t warn my mom in time not to fry mine)
Baked French Fries
Salad with Cruttons
1 glass of Orange Juice
1 small slice of leftover cake
1 cup of ice-cream

Today I worked out starting at around 2:15PM
I began doing .25 miles worth of sprinting
I epically failed at trying to do pull-ups
I learned a new stretching technique

Then I hit the work out.
Today was legs and abs

Glute 3 sets @ 130 lbs
Seated Leg Curl 3 sets @ 140, 150, and 160 lbs(Going up, 3 total)
Calf Extension 3 sets @ 120, 130, 140 lbs
Leg Extension 3 sets @ 160 lbs
Ab Cruch 2 sets @ 50 lbs and 1 set at 60 lbs(I may start next week at 3 at 60 lbs)
Leg Extension 3 sets @ 60, 70, and 80 lbs
Kneeling Leg Curl 3 sets @ 90, 100, and 110 lbs(Goin up, 3 total)
Hip Abduction 3 sets @ 225 lbs
Hip Adducton 3 sets @ 225 lbs
Torso Rotation 3 sets @ 110lbs(The right way this time)

My friend was doing the Torso Rotation and he showed me that one is suppose to adjust the thing so both sides can be utilized.

I ended today off with a 1 mile run in 8:40 and walked 2 miles for a cool down.

Today seemed like a good day.
