My current stats are:
5ft 10 in at 195 or 192.5(I weighed before and after workout)

Lets first start off with what was eaten in order of meals:

Meal 1(7:30AM):
1 serving of salsberry steak[240 calories]
1/2 a glass of water[0 calories]
1/4 serving of Hamburger Helper[100 calories, high estimate]

Meal 2(11:00 AM):
1 apples [130 calories]

Meal 3(1:00 PM):
1 apples [130 calories]

Meal 4(About 3:00PM):
3/4 serving of Hamburger Helper[300 calories, high estimate]

Meal 5(About 7:30PM):
Free Mini-Bar from Gym[80 calories]

Meal 6(About 11:00PM):
1 chicken-leg quarter[400 calories]
Mashed potatoes[300 calories]
1 serving of green peas[134 calories]
1 glass of Orange Juice[120 calories]

At the gym I decided to start off with
The abdominal crunch 3 sets @ 50 lbs(Yeah! progress!)

After seeing that the gym was flooded with too many people. I started off to the track.
I did some HIIT on the track. In total I ran 2 miles and walked 1 mile.
I will update the LOL report about the track on Saturday(hopefully)

Then I went to lifting. I did not free-hand today, I will later this week. I only did machines.

Incline Press 3 sets[TOTAL] @ 80, 90, and then 100 lbs
Triceps Press 3 sets[TOTAL] @ 30, 40, 50 lbs
Fly 3 sets[TOTAL] @ 70, 80, 90 lbs
Torso Rotation 3 Sets @ 120 lbs
Chess Press 2 sets of 8 at 80 lbs[Average]
