Sorry for lack of updates. I have been quite busy. I been re-arranging my diet and exercise as well.
My cardio is being stepped up a notch, along with my weight lifting to more free hand.
I managed to run two 5ks this week and one 2 mile run. For a total of 8 miles.I will be aiming for 10 next week.
Also I bought some nice chicken breasts, veggies, bananas, and tuna.
Next week expect more updates. Oh and I met that legendary runner on the track on Monday, his name actually is Matt, I believe(or I forgot it)
