Thursday September 22, 2011 Diet+Exercise Log

Okay I know I did not post for quite some time, but don’t judge me.Lets move forward to the future.I worked out yesterday, but it was mainly all cardio. So I will start with what I did.

===Work Out from yesterday===
Okay so I ran 1 mile in about 8.45 minutes.
Later I biked for about 25 minutes
Well that was all of my workout. I know pretty weak, but I wasn’t feeling the best.

Today is Thursday my typical rest day.
===Here is what I ate today===

Meal 1(About 7:50AM):
1 sausage patty
1 egg+biscuit combo
1 glass of milk
About 1.5 scrambled eggs
Some peaches and I believe orange slices.

Meal 2(About 1:30PM):
1 nice little serving of Tatter Tots
1 Italian Beef Sandwich
1 glass of diet sierra mist mixed with gatorade
1 nice serving of corn
1 nice serving of this pumpkin thing made in the cafe
3/4 glass of rapsberry iced tea

Today seemed like a pretty bad day so far after I noticed what I wrote and what I have done.

I plain to finish the day strong with some more healthier things and be ready for the Gym tomorrow.

===Official Last Four Months of the Year Fat Loss Competition===

Okay guys, we know its the end of the year, and our bodies are still not transformed. So the best way to do it is. Transform them, and do it now! So let’s put a little competition together.

I haven’t given up

Okay, I haven’t really been posting to this blog lately, because I just got used to working out and dieting(and pushing myself more). The original purpose of this blog was to help motivate me. But I have alot of motivation. I got some buddies who I always see at the gym, along with a body that gets better each week as motivation.

I hope soon to post progress pics.

Week 5 baby!

Hey guys its week 5 and I am glad I made it this far so far. I am happy and sad to see that the Gym is clearing out more. This means lots of New Years Resolutions have just failed.

My weight is playing around from 188-192 lbs. I have adjusted my diet with stuff like healthy 97% fat free turkey chilli, Peanut Butter and Bannanna Sandwiches, Tuna Sandwiches, and Chicken Breasts.

Getting more protein with less calories, I can see more and more changes in the mirror. Gaining muscle and losing weight it looks like.

I haven’t been writing in my notebook at the Gym, but I am pleased to announce I did another 5k on Monday. It took about 28 minutes. I want to get that down to 25 minutes by week 7. I am going to do another 5k today. I did Monday’s 5k with a 2min run and then walked for like 2 blocks, and then ran the last mile, nearly having a heart attack(lol, boy was it worth it!)

Sorry for lack of updates. I have been quite busy. I been re-arranging my diet and exercise as well.

My cardio is being stepped up a notch, along with my weight lifting to more free hand.

I managed to run two 5ks this week and one 2 mile run. For a total of 8 miles.I will be aiming for 10 next week.

Also I bought some nice chicken breasts, veggies, bananas, and tuna.

Next week expect more updates. Oh and I met that legendary runner on the track on Monday, his name actually is Matt, I believe(or I forgot it)

Week 3 LOL Log Report

Okay so this week, I got owned on the track. As you all remember from the last LOL Report, I prefer to get in front of people on the track. But this week this guy kept getting in front of me. The first time I saw it, I tried to keep up, but it seemed as if he began to speed up the more I would try to catch up. Towards the end of my cardio on the track, I got into ultra-sprint mode and burned him, and felt good about myself.

Heres another LOL. The New Years Resolution people are starting to leave the gym. On Wednesday and Friday it was less packed in the gym and it was easier to get a locker. This pretty much wraps up the LOLs this week, that I can remember at least.
